Three live 90-minute sessions on how to think about intentions and the technique for setting intentions on December 1, December 8, and December 15 at 7 pm EST or via recording. You'll understand why intentions are more effective than resolutions and you'll get a checklist of exactly how to set intentions. We will cover the art, the science, and the practice so that you can enter into the new year smoothly.
