In Sanskrit, “sangha” literally means “connection that brings joy, growth and fulfillment.”

‍This is what we hope to create in the Happiness Sangha. It is a way for the modern individual to get scientifically-backed spiritual teachings from ancient traditions, all in an understandable, modern context.
