Every Wednesday night we'll do a different kind of compassion and self-compassion meditation from 8 - 8:25 PM together as a community. Each practice has is own theme and teaching. If you can't be there, you will receive the replay that night..
This 90-minute session (8:00 - 9:30 pm EST) will change your life and happiness for the better. If you register and can't make it then, you'll get the replay that very same night.
