Every Wednesday night we'll do a different kind of compassion and self-compassion meditation from 8 - 8:25 PM together as a community. Each practice has is own theme and teaching. If you can't be there, you will receive the replay that night..
This retreat will reach all your senses, your intellect, your emotions, and your heart. You’ll immerse in meditation, compassion practice, and awareness practice with ample time for cultural experiences, enjoyment, and getting to know a wonderful group of people.
